If you know me at all, you are well aware of my sick obsession with the movie, Elf. I take no shame in the fact that I will watch it in July. You can’t shame me into having shame, I don’t pull out the Collectors Edition DVD, I only watch it if it’s on TV. I Took A Week Off Blogging, Here’s Why

You may, or may not have, noticed that I had taken a week off from blogging until my return yesterday with my blog about Josh Gordon. This morning I planned on writing a completely different blog. I planned on blogging about something lighthearted, like Elf or my affinity for getting mysterious bruises. This summer started with Saturday Impulsivity™. One Saturday it was a spur of the moment tattoo, the next was buying tickets to see Rascal Flats…. why? I knew they weren’t going to just play Life is a Highway for two hours. Who cares? Dan + Shay were opening for them and it was necessary to cry to From the Ground Up live.
